Quick Trip
I spent a few hours fishing Lake Massabesic to try something different. I've never had good luck here, but I decided to try out a new spot anyways. After a couple hours fishing my way down the shore I still hadn't caught anything, but I ran into a couple people fishing that I recognized. They told me the road we were parked on goes a lot further, so in my last hour I drove down as far as I could and walked to the side of a long sandy beach. I had a bass on with my first cast, but it was small and slipped off the hook. I caught a larger one soon after and started heading back. On the way out I stopped at a few more places and landed a decent smallmouth.
